In founding the Partnering Leadership Academy, my mission is to encourage a new generation of leaders to use their talents to create the conditions where partnering collaboration — not competition — becomes the norm.
I believe that in an interdependent world, it is not competition, but our ability to partner across boundaries, that will define our future — whether we are engaging in business, technology, institutions, communities, nations, or humanity as a whole.
