What you'll learn

During the 90 minutes 1:1 online coaching session, you'll elaborate on the results of your personal CareerProfile assessment that you filled out beforehand of the session:

  1. Your career preferences versus your career motives

  2. Your career profile and motivational gaps

  3. Identify your motivational potential and reflect on how to go about them

How does it works
We offer a booking system to schedule your online coaching session.

If you don't already have an account on our platform, you'll be asked to open one to proceed with the purchase. 

Once you purchase your session, you'll be guided immediately to access Dr. Eva Bilhuber Galli's calendar with all of the available slots. Pick the time that best works for you.

You should receive a confirmation email after you schedule your slot, and a seperate email with the link and login information for the CareerProfile online assessment questionnaire.

Please make sure that you have filled in your online assessment latest 5 working days before your coaching session takes place. You receive your report during the session. Thank you!

Dr. Eva Bilhuber Galli

Multi-stakeholder engagement expert, senior consultant, executive coach, lecturer, author and founder of the Partnering Leadership Academy, Dr. Eva Bilhuber Galli has helped various corporations and several hundreds of leaders shift to a partnering leadership culture. With her knowledge and guidance, they adapted their skillsets and replaced silo-thinking, matrix-inertia and power battles with inspiring agility, innovation and collaboration.
Having experienced how competitive “win-lose” dynamics in organizations can harm healthy collaboration, productivity and wellbeing, she began researching the social experiences involved when it comes to successful boundary-spanning collaborations. From here the Partnering Leadership Model was developed.
