How it works

Download the tool manual: we recommend reading it carefully before you start using the tool.

Download the excel tool: save a copy on your drive and chose your preferred language (English or Deutsch). You can immediately enter your connections. You can insert and assess up to 20 stakeholders with name and function along 5 different stakeholder categories.
The tool allows you to add on up to three personalized stakeholder categories.  If you like, use the prepared action plan to enter your activities. It lists your connections automatically along the recommended prioritization.

Use the tool as often as you want: Once downloaded you can reuse the tool as often as you wish. It allows you to re-assess your stakeholder engagements from time to time and renew your engagement planning.

The tool includes programmed macros that get detected as “malware” by certain systems by default. Please note that the use of this tool is at your own risk. We are unable to provide any technical support at this point in time. Thank you for your understanding.

Download the Template (paperbased version): In case you don't want to use the Excel-Tool, you can download and use the paperbased template.

Testimonials

Carina S.

Embarking a new leadership responsibility, the tool was a great help to get clarity about all the various stakeholder relationships of our unit, taking a 360degree perspective. The results revealed some “blind spots” of stakeholder relationships I would not have prioritized to engage with. The assessment supports to establish a focused engagement planning, beginning with the relationships of greatest need and potential, which is super helpful, particularly, when time is scarce, and the stakeholder-network is complex.
