By participating in this 6-month advanced program — consisting of 11 instructional modules led by Dr. Eva Bilhuber Galli — you will be empowered to initiate and guide the transformation of your organization into a co-creative partnering ecosystem.

The program follows a proven step-by-step methodology and equips you with practical tools, guiding frameworks, and reflection-based assignments to help you directly apply the learning to your own projects, teams, or partnerships.

Each module includes key questions and tasks that support you in adapting the insights to your unique context, ensuring that learning translates into lasting change.

Each of the 11 core modules guides you through a distinct phase of building a partnering culture — from initial framing to sustained collaboration. Through concise instructional content and targeted assignments, you'll be supported in applying each concept to your real-world setting.

    Articulate the deeper purpose behind partnering in your context and set the foundation for commitment and direction.

  2. Set Clear Goals
    Define strategic goals that align all partners and establish a shared sense of focus.

  3. Sketch Milestones
    Map out the steps and indicators that will guide progress and foster transparency.

  4. Lead a Listening Analysis
    Learn how to conduct a structured listening process to surface diverse perspectives and stakeholder needs.

  5. Design the Transformation
    Shape a transformation journey that is participative, inclusive, and tailored to your organization.

  6. Define Shared Purpose (Workshop I)
    Facilitate a co-creative process to articulate a collective vision and common goals.

  7. Shape the Shared Road (Workshop II)
    Develop a shared roadmap that integrates the perspectives and contributions of all key actors.

  8. Engage the Collective
    Mobilize teams and stakeholders, and create space for distributed leadership and ownership.

  9. Kick-Off Shared Future (Workshop III)
    Launch your transformation with a unifying and energizing kick-off moment.

  10. Monitor Process
    Track progress and adaptively manage the dynamics of collaboration.

  11. Guide Shared Review (Workshop IV)
    Reflect on learning, impact, and growth in a structured review that strengthens long-term partnering capacity.

Meet Your Program Lead

Dr. oec. Eva Bilhuber Galli

Eva is a senior consultant, executive coach, author, and founder of the Partnering Leadership Academy. With over 20 years of experience, she supports global leaders in building partnering cultures that overcome silo-thinking, matrix inertia, and power struggles—enabling trust, agility, and collaboration. Her research on cross-boundary collaboration led to the evidence-based Partnering Maturity Model, which forms the foundation of all PLA programs. Eva holds a PhD in Strategic Management from the University of St. Gallen, is a certified Change Manager and Collective Leadership expert, and has published in Leadership Quarterly, Harvard Business Manager, NZZ Libro, and Handelsblatt Verlag.
